Does our store ship through private companies?

Answer: If the order is a small quantity of 1-5 items, we will ship via ThaiPost only.

Registered Air Mail Service is an international airmail service, weight not exceeding 2 kg, delivery within 10-14 days, status can be checked at both origin and destination, compensation for damage not exceeding 30 SDR, and no additional insurance can be purchased. Suitable for small items that require confidence in tracking.

International shipping service designed for e-Commerce businesses with affordable prices, tracking, and support for additional insurance (ePacket Plus), but there is no compensation for damage or loss if this additional service is not used and there is no signature for the item. Products can be packed in envelopes/boxes with a weight not exceeding 2 kg (except for sending to England, which can be up to 5 kg). The service fee is calculated based on actual weight. There is no volumetric charge or additional charges such as fuel/tax. The total delivery time is 3–9 days (depending on the destination country).

Service covers over 95 countries worldwide. Express delivery in 3 – 11 days (depending on destination). Supports items weighing up to 30 kg. with 24-hour status tracking. Shipping costs are calculated based on actual weight, not box size. Net price, no additional charges. You can track your parcel via Track & Trace app / website / LINE @ThailandPost.

How long does it take for delivery?

How long does it take to pack and ship?

Answer: We usually ship within 1 business day for deliveries within Thailand and within 1-3 days for international orders. The delivery time depends on the destination area. On average, you will receive your item within 1-14 business days (depending on the distance and country).

What to do if the product you received is incorrect or defective?

Answer: If you receive the wrong product or a defective product, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the product with a photo attached to request a return or exchange.

What is the return policy?

Answer: We accept returns within 7 days after receiving the product. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all brand tags intact. The return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer.

Do I have to pay shipping costs for returning the product?

Answer: In the case of a store error, we will cover all shipping costs. If the customer changes their mind, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
